Though Mike will have the title "Senior Deacon" and maintain a relationship with the parish in his retirement, the Parish Staff has scheduled two opportunities for parishioners to acknowledge and thank Deacon Mike for his dedicated and faithful ministry to Our Lady of Sorrows Parish and the Archdiocese of Boston and to assure him of our prayers and best wishes for this next phase of his life.

1. On Sunday, June 23, during our annual "Coffee in the Garden", please stop by after Mass to greet Deacon Mike in a more informal, open house setting.

2. On Sunday, June 30, 3:00-6:00 p.m., we will be hosting a parish dinner and program for Deacon Mike at Raffael's, 1601 Main Street in Walpole. The cost is $35 per person. Please R.S.V.P. to Christine Muldoon (cmuldoon@comcast.net or 781-784-2265) by Monday, June 17.
