On Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28, Our Lady of Sorrows Parish will join with houses of worship across the country for Barefoot Sunday (& Saturday), an initiative of Soles4Souls. Come to church and take off and leave your shoes before the end of Mass to raise awareness for the individuals worldwide who do not own a single pair of shoes. Whether or not you choose to leave church barefoot that weekend, all are welcome to bring your new or gently worn shoes to church to help put shoes on the feet on the 300 million children around the world who are barefoot.
